Volvo Construction Equipment Haulers Ltd
Working alongside the clients in house HSE & Sustainability Manager, our management systems consultants and engineers provided consultancy and training for ISO 50001 energy management systems (EnMS) development. This included technical support for Clause 6 Planning (from energy baseline through to significant energy use identification and performance indicators). To further develop internal resources Mabbett provided ISO 50001 internal auditor and energy champions training. Certification was gained in 2019.
Mabbett have been retained as Interim Energy Officer to provide monthly ISO 50001 EnMS resource support to the Energy Management Team and Energy Champions. Regular support includes data checks and visualisation for communications as well as system review and improvements in preparation for certification body surveillance audit.

The site gained certification to ISO 50001 and continue to make progress on energy performance improvement. As part of monthly resource support, Volvo have access to Energy Engineers, Environmental Management, Sustainability and ESG professionals.
Mabbett has been commissioned to provide other technical consultancy services to include ESOS assessment, occupational hygiene monitoring, flood risk and drainage, legal compliance auditing and feasibility study for renewables and zero carbon heat.
