This position is suited to a highly motivated and driven individual looking to develop their career as a health and safety practitioner. You will support business and service growth, along with technical delivery of health and safety projects.
You will work from our one of our offices (Manchester or Glasgow preferred) alongside experienced consultants and engineers and will be permitted to work from home on some occasions. In this instance, you will be provided with IT equipment and software/services require to facilitate your efficient home working.
The position may require travel (including occasional overnight stays) in Ireland, the U.K. and overseas depending on project requirements. A full U.K. or ROI driving licence with clean driver record is required as well as a valid passport and photo ID is required for air travel. Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.K. and Republic of Ireland.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and position requirements.

As a minimum, the candidate will have an Honours or Masters Degree in occupational health & safety, environmental science, environmental health, chemistry, chemical engineering, or a related subject.
Professional chartership(s) and membership of relevant bodies (e.g. Institution of Occupational Safety and Health) would be viewed favourably.

For the Senior Consultant role, we would be happy to consider applicants with more than five years’ experience in occupational health and safety consultancy. For Principal roles, we would seek candidates with additional experience.
