Email Me Call MeA private developer with an empty building unit in prime city centre location approached Mabbett to advise on Planning legislation for changing the current building use to Class 6 distribution centre. A key issue would be utilising an existing access that had been made redundant by the previous occupier, this would allow delivery vehicles to safely enter and exit the site from a main trunk road.
Mabbett obtained all necessary local authority consents including Planning Permission and Building Warrant which led to a successful tendering process to allow construction work to commence, and more importantly provide the client with their new premises.
