Construction Design & Management (CDM) and Demolition
Demolition is considered a high-risk activity, requiring careful planning, coordination and risk assessment to protect workers, the public and the environment. Control of the design process and communication of risk to the contractor, under Construction Design & Management (CDM 2015), is therefore critical in the successful and safe execution of the works.

The Arthian team can provide both CDM Designer and CDM Principal Designer roles for projects involving multiple designers.

CDMs prevent accidents, legal non-compliance, and environmental harm during demotion projects.
