The Arthian Surveying and 3D Laser Scanning team have been providing our petrochemical and oil & gas clients specialist tank monitoring services to ensure accurate tracking of storage tank shell, floor settlement and deformation activity over long periods of time. The team scan and store historical data to aid client maintenance programmes, and work in conjunction with our Engineering and Environmental teams to provide integrated tank storage solutions.
A digital record of the building, structure, site or object is supplied for historical archives. We can assist in providing detailed elevation, monitoring for environmental purposes, calculating Net Internal Areas and establishing levels of floors, ceilings, roofs and windows for Measured Building surveys. Where required we will create a digital 3D model, 360 Panoramic or Virtual Fly Through to help visualise key points of information.
Monitoring of the verticality of tall buildings and industrial structures to identify whether any settlement or heave has taken place is an essential part of integrity and maintenance programmes.
